VisionWave Holdings, Inc. entered into a Letter of Engagement with the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL) on March 18, 2026, to advance toward a Production Sharing Contract for offshore petroleum Blocks LB-4 and LB-5. This agreement grants VisionWave exclusive rights for eight (8) months to pursue these blocks, subject to various approvals and conditions.
