VisionWave Holdings, Inc. entered into a term sheet on June 12, 2026, to establish a joint venture with Lucky Whale Production Limited for a data center project in Israel. The proposed transaction involves the issuance of approximately US$40 million in Company stock to the land owner as consideration.
