VisionWave Holdings, Inc. entered into an agreement to assign its rights to receive certain SaverOne ordinary shares to Adrian Holdings S.R.L., which will reduce the principal amount of a promissory note. The company also completed Stage 2 and Stage 3 closings under an Exchange Agreement with SaverOne.
