Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (HPE) entered into an Amended Cooperation Agreement with Elliott Investment Management L.P., Elliott Associates, L.P., and Elliott International, L.P. (together, "Elliott") on May 29, 2026, which amended a prior agreement from July 16, 2025. This amendment limits the size of HPE's board of directors to not exceed 14 directors until the 2027 Annual Meeting.
