Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company completed an underwritten public offering of notes on March 23, 2026. The offering included $300,000,000 in Floating Rate Notes due 2028, $500,000,000 in 4.500% Notes due 2028, $600,000,000 in 4.600% Notes due 2029, and $600,000,000 in 5.250% Notes due 2033.
