OFA Group files DEF 14A

OFA Group is holding an Extraordinary General Meeting to vote on a 1-for-10 share consolidation, an amendment to its Articles of Association to reflect this, and the adoption of a new 2026 Share Incentive Plan. The Board of Directors unanimously recommends a "FOR" vote on all proposals.
