OIO Group reported a net loss of US$4,760,894 for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, an increase from a net loss of US$633,257 in the prior year. This was primarily due to increased employee benefits expense, expensing of labor costs for maintenance and development projects, and higher inventory and logistics costs.
