OIO Group files 6-K

OIO Group expects to complete its business combination with De Tomaso Automobili Holdings Limited on or about April 24, 2026, and the combined company is expected to trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol "OIO." The company also expects to effect a 1-for-3 reverse stock split on April 24, 2026, immediately prior to the business combination closing.
