Diginex Limited has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire Resulticks Global Companies Pte. Limited and its subsidiaries for an aggregate consideration of US$1.5 billion, payable entirely in equity. The closing of this acquisition is subject to several conditions, including regulatory and shareholder approvals.
