Azul S.A. is announcing its annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on April 30, 2026, to vote on matters including the approval of the Company's accounts and financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. Shareholders will also vote on the absorption of net income to reduce accumulated losses and the compensation for board members and executives.
