Azul S.A. reported a record EBITDA of R$1,699.4 million in the first quarter of 2026, an increase of 22.6% year-over-year. This performance was driven by a 1.4% increase in total operating revenue to R$5.5 billion and a 5.7% reduction in Cost per Available Seat Kilometer (CASK). The company also significantly strengthened its financial position following the completion of its financial restructuring, reducing total debt by R$14.0 billion compared to 1Q25.
