Critical Metals Corp. has entered into a binding agreement to acquire European Lithium Ltd. by way of two interdependent schemes of arrangement, with completion expected in the second half of 2026. European Lithium shareholders will receive 0.035 shares of Critical Metals for each European Lithium share held.
