Critical Metals Corp. completed the acquisition of an additional 50.5% interest in Tanbreez Mining Greenland A/S, increasing its ownership to 92.5% through the issuance of 14,500,000 ordinary shares. This transaction, referred to as the Stage 2 Closing, occurred on April 29, 2026.
