Spire Inc. announced on April 21, 2026, that its subsidiary Spire EnergySouth Inc. entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement to sell all of its subsidiary, Spire Mississippi Inc., to Delta Mississippi Gas Company, LLC for $75 million. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and other closing conditions, with an expected closing in the first quarter of Spire's fiscal year 2027.
