Spire Inc. subsidiary Spire Midstream LLC entered into a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement to sell all membership interests of Belle Butte LLC to Subterra Energy Holdings, LLC for a total of "$650 million" in cash and deferred consideration. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of Spire Inc.'s fiscal year 2026.
