VSee Health, Inc. entered into a Standby Equity Purchase Agreement with YA II PN, LTD. on June 2, 2026, allowing the company to sell up to $10 million of its common stock to the investor. The agreement has a termination date of June 2, 2029, unless the full commitment amount is purchased earlier or the agreement is terminated by either party.
