VSee Health, Inc. sold all equity securities of its subsidiary, VSee Lab, to its co-Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, Milton Chen, on May 31, 2026. In exchange, Mr. Chen transferred 2,870,069 shares of VSee Health, Inc. common stock to the Company, and subsequently resigned from his officer and director roles.
