Tenaris S.A. will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 12, 2026, to vote on key corporate actions, including the approval of a proposed annual dividend of US$0.89 per share (US$1.78 per ADS) for the year ended December 31, 2025, and the cancellation of 62,355,174 treasury shares.
