Tenaris S.A. shareholders approved the consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, and authorized an annual dividend of US$0.89 per share (US$1.78 per ADS), totaling approximately US$0.9 billion. The meeting also approved the appointment of Forvis Mazars as statutory auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
