On May 30, 2025, Ms. Heather Isidoro notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Barnwell Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) that she resigned as a director of the
Company, effective May 30, 2025. At the time of her resignation, Ms. Isidoro did not serve as a member of any committees of the Board. Ms. Isidoro’s resignation was made for personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company
on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
