BARNWELL INDUSTRIES INC files DEF 14A

Barnwell Industries, Inc. is holding its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 29, 2026, to vote on six proposals, including the election of six director nominees, amendments to the 2018 Equity Incentive Plan, and the ratification of certain equity awards granted in excess of individual share limits. Shareholders will also cast advisory votes on executive compensation and its frequency, and ratify the appointment of Weaver and Tidwell, L.L.P. as the independent registered public accounting firm.
