Grifols, S.A. announced that its Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting approved the distribution of a preferred dividend of EUR 0.01 per Class B Share and an ordinary dividend of EUR 56,065,663 against 2025 results, both payable on July 2, 2026. The meeting also approved the individual annual accounts for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, which show a profit of EUR 192,054 thousand.
