Grifols, S.A. reported a net profit of €73 million in the first quarter of 2026, a 21.9% increase year-over-year, on total revenues of €1.7 billion, which grew 3.3% on a constant currency basis. The company also successfully refinanced all 2027 debt maturities, strengthening its financial flexibility.
