On October 17, 2019, Whirlpool Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original 8-K”) disclosing that on October 14, 2019 the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company appointed Patricia K. Poppe as a member of the Board, effective December 16, 2019. Committee assignments for Ms. Poppe were not determined as of the filing of the Original 8-K. On February 17, 2020, the Board appointed Ms. Poppe to the Audit Committee and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee of the Board, effective as of the same date.
