Exit / Disposal Costs

Whirlpool Corporation is closing its Supsa manufacturing facility in Apodaca, Mexico, by the second quarter of 2027, as part of a plan to optimize its operational footprint and improve its cost structure for the refrigeration product category. The company expects to incur approximately $165 million in total restructuring costs, with approximately $100 million expected in 2026.
