(the “Company”) of his departure from his role as President, S&P Global Market Intelligence and Chief Enterprise Data Officer, effective July 30, 2026. Item 7.01.   Regulation FD Disclosure   A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the foregoing departure is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. In connection therewith, the Company also reiterated its financial guidance for 2026.
