Grab Holdings Ltd files 6-K

Grab Holdings Limited announced it will repurchase up to $400 million of its Class A ordinary shares through an accelerated share repurchase agreement and a contingent forward purchase agreement. This is part of a previously authorized $500 million share repurchase program.
