Joby Aviation, Inc. will hold its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 2, 2026, to elect three Class II directors, ratify the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal year 2026, and approve, in a non-binding advisory vote, the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers. The board recommends a "FOR" vote for all proposals.
