Bradley Southern was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Louisiana Pacific Corporation (the “Company”).  Mr. Southern succeeds E. Gary Cook, who served as the Company’s Chairman since November 2004. Additionally, the Board of Directors appointed Dustan E. McCoy as lead independent director, effective immediately.
