Bradley Southern was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Louisiana Pacific Corporation (the “Company”).  Mr. Southern succeeds E. Gary Cook, who served as the Company’s Chairman since November 2004. Additionally, the Board of Directors appointed Dustan E. McCoy as lead independent director, effective immediately. A copy of the press release issued by the Company relating to the appointment is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. Item 9.01 Financial Statements and Exhibits.
