Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Delta Air Lines, Inc. today issued a press release
announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, to be paid on August 7, 2023 to shareholders
of record as of the close of business on July 17, 2023. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
