(“Delta”) entered into an indenture, dated as of April 29, 2020, with U.S. Bank National Association (“U.S. Bank”), as trustee and collateral trustee, in connection with the issuance of its 7.000% senior secured notes due 2025 (the “Notes” and such indenture, the “Indenture”). The Indenture requires Delta to deliver an appraisal of the collateral securing the Notes to U.S. Bank on a periodic basis, along with a summary of the appraisal that must also be made publicly available. In connection with delivery of the appraisal to U.S. Bank on the date hereof, Delta is posting the relevant summary under the “Resources” tab of its Investor Relations website, available at https://ir.delta.com/resources. Delta plans to post summaries of future appraisals in the same location on or prior to the due dates specified in the Indenture for delivery of such summaries.   In accordance with general instruction B.2 of Form 8−K, the information in this report that is being furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8−K shall not be deemed to be “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act, as amended, or otherwise subject to liabilities of that section, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, except as expressly set forth in such filing.
