GSK plc files 6-K

GSK plc announced an agreement to acquire Nuvalent, Inc. for $10.6 billion, a move expected to accelerate GSK's entry into lung cancer treatment with two late-stage assets, zidesamtinib and neladalkib, currently under US FDA review for 2026 approvals. The acquisition is anticipated to be accretive to sales and core operating profit in 2027 and core EPS in 2029, inclusive of synergies and reprioritisation.
