NATIONAL GRID PLC files 6-K

National Grid plc reported a statutory operating profit of £5,431 million for the year ended March 31, 2026, a 10% increase from the prior year. The company also achieved record capital investment of £11,576 million, an 18% increase at actual exchange rates, and recommended a final dividend of 32.14p per ordinary share, bringing the total dividend to 48.49p, up 3.8% from the prior year.
