Barclays PLC announced share disposals by two persons discharging managerial responsibilities. Taylor Wright, Global Co-Head of Investment Banking, disposed of 400,000 shares on May 5 and May 6, 2026, at prices of £4.179 and £4.428 per share, respectively. Taalib Shaah, Group Chief Risk Officer, disposed of 500,000 shares on May 6, 2026, at a price of £4.417 per share.
