Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 9, 2019, Park
City Group, Inc. (the “ Company ”)
announced that its Board of Directors has approved the repurchase
of up to $4.0 million of the Company’s common stock, par
value $0.01 per share, over the next 24 months. A copy of the press
release related to the foregoing announcement is attached as
Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and incorporated
by reference herein.
