Block, Inc. will hold its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders virtually on June 16, 2026, to elect four Class II directors, approve executive compensation on an advisory basis, ratify Ernst & Young LLP as the independent auditor, and vote on a stockholder proposal to establish a board-level technology committee. The Board recommends voting "FOR" all proposals except the stockholder proposal, for which it recommends "AGAINST."
