GOLD FIELDS LTD files 20-F

Gold Fields Limited reported a 187% increase in profit attributable to owners of the parent, reaching US$3,567 million (US$3.99 per share) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, driven by a 45% higher gold price and 16% higher gold-equivalent ounces sold. The company also declared a total dividend of R25.50 per share for 2025, a 155% increase from 2024, and an additional return of US$353 million through special dividends and share buybacks.
