PRUDENTIAL PLC files 20-F

Prudential plc reported a profit after tax of $4,119 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, a significant increase from $2,415 million in 2024, primarily driven by growth in its insurance and asset management businesses and a gain from the partial divestment of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (IPAMC). The company also announced a total 2025 cash dividend of 26.60 cents per share, an increase of 15% from 2024, and plans to return over $7 billion to shareholders between 2024 and 2027.
