Fathom Holdings Inc. entered into a $2,000,000 subordinated secured promissory note with Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. on March 18, 2026, which is secured by all of the company's and its material subsidiaries' assets. The note matures on April 1, 2027, and bears interest at 9.0% per annum, payable in kind.
