(the “ Company ”) announced the expiration, results and upsize of its previously announced cash tender offers to purchase up to a maximum $80 million aggregate amount (as increased from $75 million) of the Company’s 6.70% Notes due 2043 (the “ 2043 Notes ”) and 5.250% Medium-Term Notes due 2037 (the “ 2037 Notes ” and, together with the 2043 Notes, the “ Notes ”), subject to certain conditions.
