Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
NCR Voyix Corporation (the “Company”) held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 29, 2024 (the “2024 Annual Meeting”). The final results for each of the matters submitted to a vote of the Company’s stockholders at the 2024 Annual Meeting are as follows:
1. Election of Directors . Nine directors were elected to serve a term expiring at the Company's 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until their successors are duly elected and qualify by the votes set forth in the table below:
