On February 23, 2022, Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (the “Company”) announced certain changes in the leadership of the Company’s Oriented Strand Board (“OSB”) segment: (i) Jimmy Mason, who currently serves as the Company’s Vice President, Siding Manufacturing, has been appointed Executive Vice President, General Manager of OSB effective February 28, 2022, and (ii) effective February 28, 2022, Jason Ringblom, who currently serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Siding, OSB and Engineered Wood Products (“EWP”), will no longer serve as Executive Vice President, OSB and instead will continue to serve as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Siding and EWP.
