(b) Shopify Inc., a founder-led commerce company, today announces that Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Product, Kasra Nejatian’s last day will be September 12, 2025. The company expresses gratitude for Kaz’s significant contributions over the past six years. The executive team will assume Kaz’s responsibilities. This is a strong group with deep experience and they are ready to ensure a seamless transition.
