New Mountain Finance Corporation entered into a Seventh Supplement to its Note Purchase Agreement to issue and sell $150.0 million aggregate principal amount of new senior fixed rate and floating rate notes in a private placement. The Company intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including investments and repaying existing indebtedness.
