Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 15, 2021, Myers Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Thomas Harmon, Senior Vice President, Human Resources , tendered his voluntary resignation as an officer of the Company on October 11, 2021, to be effective November 15, 2021. The Company also announced that Lorelei Evans, currently Director, Human Resources, will assume the role of Vice President, Human Resources effective November 15, 2021.
