OTHER EVENTS .   On May 11, 2020, Genesco Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release regarding the Company’s plans for reopening its stores (the “Press Release”) across North America, which have been temporarily closed since mid-March 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Company has begun to reopen certain stores in locations where state and local officials allow, and is following the guidance from government and health authorities and operating under enhanced health and safety measures.
