On April 14, 2020, Trustmark Corporation (Trustmark) issued a press release announcing that, due to the emerging public health impact of the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), the recent shelter in place order from the Governor of Mississippi and out of concern for the health and well-being of our associates, shareholders and the community, Trustmark’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) will be held solely via a live online webcast on April 28, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Central Time. Shareholders will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person.
A copy of Trustmark’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
