Fulton Financial Corporation completed its public offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.950% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2036 on May 5, 2026. The company intends to use the proceeds to repay $195,000,000 of its outstanding 3.250% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2030 and for general corporate purposes.
