Agreement Terminated

Volato Group, Inc. terminated its Agreement and Plan of Merger and Reorganization with M2i Global, Inc. because the merger was not consummated by the March 31, 2026 outside date. The company is evaluating unsolicited letters of intent that may offer greater shareholder value.
