Nakamoto Inc. entered into new indemnification agreements with its directors and officers on May 4, 2026, updating and supplementing existing indemnification rights and obligations. These agreements provide for indemnification to the fullest extent permitted by Delaware law and advance expenses within 30 days of a written request.
